From check-in to the time your child meets their parents at the arrival gate of their final destination, ground staff and cabin crew will be there for them every step of the way.

Unaccompanied children

From check-in to boarding and all the way till your youngster is reunited with their guardians at their destination, we will make sure that ground staff and cabin crew will be by their side.
Children between the ages of 5 and 15 who are travelling alone or in a separate travel cabin class with a parent or an accompanying adult are eligible for "unaccompanied minor" service.
With this service, a ground staff member will walk your child to the boarding gate before handing him off to the cabin crew, who will see to it that s/he is relaxed.
Ground crew will meet your child at the airport, guide him through customs and baggage claim, and then pass him over to the designated guardian at the arrival gate.

The Age Group & Travel necessities
Children under the age of five must be accompanied by parents, guardians, or another adult who is at least 18 years old; they may not travel alone. Children who are 5 to 12 years old can travel alone but must register as an UMNR with certain restrictions. Children 12 to under 15 years of age, upon request, the option for UMNR assistance and acceptance to travel alone may both be made.
Additionally, we suggest that you talk to your kids about the trip and let them know that they can always get in touch with any Airlines staff members. Please make sure your youngster is fit to fly and capable of adhering to the crew members' safety guidelines in order for them to have a smooth trip on board.
Unless parents or guardians have made arrangements for the child to be picked up at the transfer point, the unaccompanied minor service is not available for flights involving transfers with stopovers of more than 24 hours. But depending on the point of departure, the criteria under which children are allowed to travel could be different. Reservation limitations
This service must be requested at the time of booking your airline tickets.
When checking in, you must fill out the Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) Handling Service Form for verification. Please make sure you have these things before your child travels:
UMNR forms in two to three copies (if you are travelling without any transit point)
Copies of the UMNR form, three to four (for travel with transit points)

Food
If your flight offers lunch service, we can request Child's Meal (CHML) is nutritionally tailored for kids between the ages of 2 and 12. If you would like to make a request, please phone us in advance as the specific food served depends on the flight sector.At least 24 hours prior to departure, this service must be requested through reservations
There are childcare options at the airport.
At a few airports and with few Airlines has a children's play area. These include a TV and DVD player, writing desks and seats that are appropriate for children, toys, comics, and colouring books.
