The fort's white marble and red sandstone construction is made even more captivating by the Maota Lake in the foreground. The stunning fort and its reflection on the lake create a dreamlike, almost illusionary sight.
In the afternoon, explore Jaipur's city centre, including the City Palace, a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles, the Jantar Mantar observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh, and the iconic Hawa Mahal or "Palace of Winds."
