Payments
Please verify the email in your registered email ID's inbox or junk mail folder.
Payments can be processed in two different ways.
Pay ID: Instantaneously appears in the account (if this is your first time paying, please check with the bank to authorise the payment to be made to our account).
BPAY: The BPAY invoice is issued within 1-2 hours, and it takes 24 hours to reflect.
Shortly after your reservation, payment details will be sent to the email address you registered with.
A 5% advisory service fee is added to the total booking cost.
Please make the remaining payment as soon as possible in accordance with the email confirmation. Your reservation can be cancelled if the payment is not made in full and on time.
All electronic tickets for flights are issued within 24 to 48 hours of complete payment receipt.
Cancellations/Refund
To apply for your refund, complete the Apply for Refunds or User Portal, and a member of our refund team will get in touch with you.
Refund processing may take up to six months, depending on the airline. Please reply to any emails you may have received.
For follow-up regarding your refund, you can get in touch with the airline too.
We advise you to address your concerns in a follow-up email, and our committed staff will respond.
Booking/Flights
In general, in-flight entertainment is offered by full-service airlines. However, with LCC (Low Cost Carriers), it depends on the specific airline.
E-Tickets/Check In
We advise you to check in three hours before when you are scheduled to depart. You can check in online up to 48 hours prior to the flight.
When making a reservation, please check the terms and conditions of the airline. Please visit the site or complete the refund application form if you require any additional information regarding the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions on your booking from the airline can be discussed with you by our specialised staff that oversees this area.
Transferring tickets or changing names is not permitted by airlines. In accordance with the terms and conditions listed on your ticket, you may request a refund.
Business Class passengers typically check in using a separate line.

Travel Restrictions
Typically, there isn't a process like that. However, we advise you to carry a No Objection Certificate signed by the parents.

On full-service airlines, meals are usually served on each leg of the trip. On the other hand, it depends on each of the policies of low-cost carriers.
Seating
Typically, you can select your seat by calling the airline or via their website. We are able to request a specific seat for you, albeit this is contingent upon the airline confirming it.
Frequent Flyer
Your FFN number can be added to your reservation. It is not possible to accrue or exchange Frequent Flyer Points for tickets using our "Flight Deals."
